Laura Griffin-Greenwood, MHS – CEO/Founder was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She is the founder of RAFHA Inc., The Center for Empowering Young Women (CEYW), a mentoring program for girls. Ms. Greenwood specializes in Gender Specific Services and has been working with at- risk females for over 15 years in New Jersey. She also serves as the chairperson of South Jersey Empowering Young Women’s Coalition.

In 2004, Ms. Greenwood appeared on One to One with Steve Adubato were he was quoted as saying that Ms Greenwood is a compelling and remarkable young woman. She is proud to  provide support groups and advocacy to young women and parents. Her vision is  growing a community to foster young women to be empowered to self-sufficiency. As the Vice President of the Board of RAFHA Inc., my duties include the and morale, health and well-being of RAFHA Inc. and as Vice President I shall pledge to carry out this organization’s mission. I have the authority to act on behalf of the President during his/her temporary absence and therefore assume all responsibilities of President. The Vice President shall be fiscally responsible, with the other board members, for RAFHA Inc. In addition, I have an active part in planning the budget and implementing the fund-raising. I am legally responsible to RAFHA Inc. and responsible to know and approve all policies and programs and to oversee their implementation. Also as the Vice President I actively engage in fundraising for this organization in whatever ways are best suited. These may include individual solicitation, special events, or writing mail appeals and the like.

Board  Secretary: Krystal Bullock

As the Secretary of the Board of RAFHA Inc., my duties and responsibilities include upholding the morale and being responsible for the health and well-being of RAFHA Inc.As a mamber of the  board of directors. I  carry out the organization’s mission. My duties also include keeping all minutes of all Board meetings including Parent and all Subordinate Board meetings. I maintain all board records and ensure their accuracy and safety. I also provide notice of Board and Committee meeting(s) when such notice is required. I am also responsible for distribution and preparations of all correspondences for all meetings. In addition, I actively engage in fundraising for this organization in whatever ways are best suited. These may include individual solicitation, special events, or writing mail appeals and the like.
